Our Products
Every product starts with a purpose-built brine. We don’t recycle recipes or swap labels. Each pickle, onion, and relish has its own carefully blended combination of vinegars, salt, and spices. Our pickles are low-temperature pasteurized rather than boiled, a choice that keeps the product shelf-stable while protecting what matters most: flavor, clarity, and a texture you only notice when it’s done right.
Low Country
Dill & Garlic
Salty, briny, and unapologetically dilly. This is a straight-shooting garlic dill with backbone bold enough to stand on its own, Balanced enough to keep you reaching back into the jar.
Sweet & Tangy Red Onion
Bright, zippy, and just a little mischievous. Sweet and tangy red onions get a subtle edge from Szechuan peppercorn and chile, adding a lively punch that wakes up salads, grain bowls, grilled fish, and tacos alike.
Costal Empire Mixed Veggies
Inspired by classic Italian giardinara. A colorful mix of vegetables in a brine that knows exactly what it’s doing. Empty the jar onto a meat and cheese board and you’ve got instant visual drama and a serious flavor.
Nana's Bread & Butter
Familiar, but not predictable. We keep the soul of a classic bread & butter pickle, but layer in fresh ginger for a subtle, natural heat that nudges your taste buds without overpowering them.

A nod to classic Southern flavors, made for days that end near the water. Bright, savory, and right at home atop that grilled redfish or trout you caught earlier that afternoon.

Sweet meets heat in exactly the right proportions. Ghost pepper brings enough heat to round out the sugar, not dominate it, creating a crave-worthy condiment that keeps it interesting without crossing the line.

Our Story
Savannah Pickle Co. was born the way good things usually are: over food, friendship, and a shared belief that if you’re going to do something from scratch, you might as well do it right. Rooted in Savannah, with personal origins stretching through Detroit and Columbus, Georgia, the team brings together blue-collar grit and Southern sensibility — equal parts hard work, hospitality, and good taste. Add in SCAD and Georgia Southern alumni, and an experienced pit master, and you get a company that cares as much about craft and flavor as it does about rolling up its sleeves and getting it done.
